Pleasure Real Model Recruit

We are looking for individuals who want to create a natural transformation with Pleasure Plastic Surgery.
Those selected will receive procedure cost support along with full-process care throughout.

Eligibility & Commitment

Please apply only if you consent to model activities. Detailed terms will be communicated through separate consultation after selection.

Eligibility

  • Ages 19–55 (any gender)
  • In good health
  • Able to actively cooperate with consultation, surgery, and follow-up visits
  • Able to consent to before & after photography and review writing
  • An environment that allows sufficient rest during the recovery period

Exclusion Criteria

  • Those with serious underlying conditions (as determined by our doctors)
  • Those who are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Cases unsuitable for surgery, such as blood coagulation disorders or immune diseases
  • History of surgery on the same area within the last 6 months
  • Those unable to consent to the use of before & after photos and reviews

1. Purpose of Personal Information Collection and Use

Model selection screening, schedule and surgery information for selected applicants, use of before & after photos and reviews. Separate consent will be obtained for any other purpose.

2. Items Collected

Required: Name, Phone, Age, Preferred Surgery Date, Area of Interest, Motivation, Attached Photos
Optional: Height, Weight, SNS/Blog, Email

3. Retention and Usage Period

Retained for 1 year after model selection, procedure, and post-care completion, then promptly destroyed (excluding items required by applicable law).

4. Right to Refuse Consent

You have the right to refuse this consent. Refusal will restrict your ability to submit a model application.
